1- Winning the DFB-Pokal in 1972 with FC Schalke 04.
2- Winning the DFB-Pokal in 1983 with 1. FC Köln.
3- Winning the second place in the DFB-Pokal in 1988 with VFL Bochum.

His career with German national team:The player Klaus Fischer began his football career with the German national team in 1971, when he played for the German national team under the age of 21, participated with them in 2 matches, and scored 2 goals for them, and in 1977 he played for the German national team, and continued to play with them until 1982, and participated with him in the Nations Championship Europe in 1980, the World Cup in 1978 and 1982, Klaus Fischer played 45 matches with the German national team, in which he scored 32 goals, and achieved the following achievements with them:
